Physical Examinations
 
Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the athletic office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Athletic office no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice.
 
Physical examinations after April 1st 2023 will be valid for the 2023-2024 school year. An alternate year card will be used for the 2024-2025 school year. Physical examinations before April 1st 2023 will be valid for the 2023-2024 school year but would need one the following year. All physicals before April 1st 2022 would be expired. 

Impact Testing

Link for Impact testing will be sent to student emails starting July 15, 2023. These links are active for 90 days.

All 7th, 9th, and 11th grade students participating in a sport will need to have an impact baseline test. Anyone who did not test from the previous year will need to take the impact baseline test. All 6th graders who are participating in Cross Country, Wrestling, Golf, or Track need to have a baseline test. IMPACT TESTING needs to be completed before practice begins.
